We have tried different types of floor coatings in our kennels over the past 20 years and none of these have been durable. We have used epoxy paint and ceramic tile. In our search for a better floor covering, we met with many different contractors. Some of the contractors seemed knowledgeable and professional while others were less than helpful. We chose Tailored Concrete Coatings to perform the work here for a number of reasons. We primarily chose Tailored because of Dylan’s knowledge, professionalism and ‘can-do’ attitude. All appointments were kept and on time, phones calls were answered or promptly returned. The vehicles and trailer are clean and well done with graphics. I believe some of the contractors that looked at the work were perhaps disinterested or fearful of the project because of the irregular spaces and special requirements. Dylan was confident in what his company could do and was more than agreeable to the scheduling limitations that a full kennel required. The tradesmen were all polite, respectful and skilled in their work. There were a few unforeseen challenges in the project but Dylan worked each one out and we are very satisfied with the end result.
